The Annual General Meeting for 2022 (in catch up mode due to Covid) will be held at Thompson Hall, Balcombe Heights on 24th July 2023 at 7pm for approx an hour.

Please save this date and look out for further comms to follow in the coming weeks. In order for any actions or items to be confirmed, we require a minimum turn out or proxies in place before the day. Without this level of attendance or proxy, the Club isnt able to fulfil its required duties. Proxy forms will be made available prior to the meeting.

In addition, we are seeking nominations from two (2) members to be appointed to the Executive Committee in line with the Club’s guidelines following recent retirements.

Given the size of the club and some upcoming changes to the Committee structure, we’d appreciate some members to assist for the end of this year leading into next.

Accordingly, you’ll find a short Expression Of Interest form below where you can nominate where you may be able to assist including tasks/roles and your general availability which can be as little as an hour a week. This doesn’t commit you right away but does give the Committee the chance to know who is able to help as we enter the second half of the year.

A number of the roles we need help with aren’t a full time commitment and may only be for short times of the year (such as photo days, canteen and BBQ rostering, gala days etc).
