Mark your calendars. Here’s everything you need to know about the 2026 season at Hills Knights FC.

Pre-Season (January – February)

Registrations open 2 January via PlayFootball.com.au, with Knights Academy pre-season sessions kicking off from 12 January. Player grading commences 2 February at Bella Vista Oval and concludes on 13 February, with all teams finalised by 25 February.

Season Kick-Off (March)

Team training begins from 3 March. Apparel sales and team kit collection take place on 14 March, followed by the Coach & Managers Meeting. Round 1 kicks off the weekend of 27–29 March.

Regular Season (March – August)

The 2026 season runs for 18 rounds through to early August. Key dates include the Easter Holiday Camps (7–8 and 14–15 April), Female Football Week during Round 6 (8–10 May), and school holiday breaks in April and July. Note: School holiday rounds have no Mini Knights or U6/7 sessions.

Finals & End of Season Celebrations (August – September)

Finals commence 7 August, with Semi Finals on 14–16 August and Grand Final Weekend on 21–23 August. The Minis Gala Day and Junior Presentation follows on 29 August, with Field Pack Down Day on 30 August. Our Night of Knights celebration takes place 12 September.

Post-Season & Looking Ahead (September – November)

Knights Academy Stage 3 post-season sessions will run 15–17 September through to 24–26 November. Division 1 trials for 2027 commence in November, and the Annual General Meeting is scheduled for 9 November at the BVO Clubhouse.
